Care with Touch and Experience

Kateřina Horová

For over ten years, I’ve been helping people feel good in their own bodies – whether due to pain, stress, or simply the need to switch off for a moment and take a breath.

I work by combining massages, yoga, and therapeutic methods that connect physical relief with mental calm. I believe that when we listen to our bodies, they will start to tell us what they need.

My approach comes from experience not only in client care but also from my own movement practice, pedagogical guidance, and years of experience.

I look at the body as a whole – I understand what causes it pain and what brings it peace. You might arrive with pain or just a feeling that “something isn’t right.”

And you will leave lighter. Both physically and internally. With the feeling that you’ve done something necessary for yourself.

For several years, I have been helping people to feel good in their bodies again—whether they come with tension, fatigue, or just a need to slow down for a moment and be with themselves.

I work with a combination of gentle massages, craniosacral therapy, and lymphatic drainage, which connect physical release with deeper calming.

I believe that the body and mind are connected—and when we give them space, they can return to balance on their own.

I draw from both a professional background in anatomy and my own experience with movement and bodywork. My approach is to perceive what your body needs right now.

You may arrive tired, overwhelmed, or just with a feeling that you need to rest. And you will leave calmer, lighter, and more in contact with yourself.
