Who I Am and What I Do

I am a massage therapist, artist, and creative educator. I believe that the body and mind are interconnected vessels that constantly influence one another—and that their harmony is the key to true balance.

My mission is to help people feel good in both body and spirit, guiding them on a journey back to themselves through the power of touch.

In my practice, I combine traditional massage techniques with gentle energy work. I specialize in craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and relaxation massage, into which I intuitively incorporate the healing energy of crystals.

What Led Me to It

I have been practicing massage since 2017, but my fascination with the human form began much earlier. My academic background is in biochemistry, anthropology, and human genetics, which provided me with a solid scientific foundation.

Over time, however, I realized that bodywork is about far more than just technique and precise movements. Every individual is a unique universe that requires a sensitive, intuitive, and deeply personal approach.

My search for a practice that truly resonated with me led me to dance, Qigong, and Tai-ji. These disciplines profoundly deepened my desire to work with the body, teaching me to perceive it in both movement and stillness.

Education and Experience

My fascination with anatomy has been a lifelong journey. I am constantly exploring the connections that allow me to offer my clients comprehensive care.

I regularly expand my expertise in regeneration and therapeutic methods; currently, I am deepening my knowledge through the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I also draw inspiration from my own artistic life—I am active in dance, singing, acting, and fire performance, which I also teach. This gives me a unique perspective on how anatomy intersects with expression and emotion.

In my classes, I see firsthand how movement habits are closely linked to our mental patterns. I guide my students and clients to understand that conscious rest and recovery are just as vital as movement itself.

My Philosophy

Each of us carries a unique story. For this reason, I place great emphasis on an individual approach, tailoring every session to your specific needs and wishes.

I bridge the gap between exact anatomical knowledge and the wisdom of nature and ancient cultures, particularly those of Egypt and China.

My goal is to create a safe space for you—an oasis of calm where you can release tension, find relief from pain, and rediscover your inner center. I want you to leave feeling light, refreshed, and in harmony with your body and soul.
