What to expect
Lymphatic drainage is performed using very gentle, slow strokes that stimulate the lymphatic system and support its natural function.
Part of the process also includes releasing lymph nodes in the armpits and groin, which helps with more efficient lymph drainage.
For maximum effect, we recommend at least three sessions in a short time interval. Therefore, we offer a beneficial package that allows for regular care with long-term effects.

How far in advance should I arrive for my scheduled service?
I recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early. This gives your body time to calm down and prepare. If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, the previous treatment might still be in progress.
Do I need to bring anything?
You don’t. Just comfortable underwear so nothing presses against you and you can feel at ease. If you’re coming for yoga, please wear comfortable clothing.
What if I have health limitations?
We’ll discuss everything important before we start. However, if you know of anything that might affect the treatment, it’s good to inform me in advance so we can find a suitable approach.
Can I come if I have a cold?
It’s better to postpone the treatment. When you have a cold, it could stimulate the lymphatic system and worsen your symptoms.
What if I'm allergic to oils or scents?
Just let me know, and I’ll use alternative products that will suit your needs.
Will the treatment hurt?
Lymphatic drainage is painless and rather soothing. It works on the surface of the body, not deep into the muscles. During lymphatic drainage, lymph nodes in the armpits and groin are released. These areas are intimate, and if you feel uncomfortable, please let me know – I always respect your boundaries.
How does lymphatic drainage differ from a classic massage?
Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique – no deep muscle kneading, but light, rhythmic strokes that support the flow of lymph and the removal of waste products from the body.
Can I talk during lymphatic drainage?
You can, but most people tend to sink into a deep state of calm. It’s not uncommon for the body to ask for a little nap during the treatment.
What should I do after lymphatic drainage?
Drink more water than usual – it helps the lymph move. You might consider a lymphatic tea, which can support the process of flushing toxins from the body. Try to stay calm, avoid strenuous activity, and ideally, allow yourself time to regenerate.
Will I feel tired after lymphatic drainage?
Perhaps, especially if you arrive feeling fatigued. A feeling of “slowness” is natural and is usually replaced by lightness the following day.
How many treatments do I need?
That’s individual. Sometimes one is enough to support detoxification, while other times it’s beneficial to support the lymph regularly. I’d be happy to discuss everything with you in person.
