Who I Am and What I Do
I’m a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and someone who believes that the body and mind are constantly in conversation – sometimes in harmony, other times in a slightly off-key duet.
I help people not only improve how their bodies function but also feel more at home in them.
To do that, I combine massage, yoga, and therapeutic techniques that support both physical and mental well-being.

What Led Me to It
I’ve been practicing massage since 2012, and over the years, I’ve come to realize that muscle tension isn’t always caused by poor posture or physical strain – often, it’s also tied to what’s going on in our minds.
Movement has always been part of my life, and when I completed my yoga teacher training in 2020, it became clear to me that combining movement, touch, and relaxation is exactly the path I want to follow.

Education and Experience
In addition to massage and yoga training, I studied pedagogy at the Academy of Performing Arts. That background taught me how to share knowledge in a way that the body can truly “remember.”
I have experience leading movement classes, providing mobile massages, and running workshops for corporate clients. I’m also continuously expanding my knowledge in the fields of regeneration and therapy.
The human body never ceases to fascinate me – its strength, grace, ability to heal, and the boundaries that can be pushed. I love exploring all of this firsthand. Beyond massage, I engage with movement from a completely different angle – as a performer in partner ground and aerial acrobatics, and as a creator of light and fire shows.
Each of these disciplines offers a different perspective on the body, how it works, and what it’s capable of. And it’s this unique blend that helps me better understand the connections between movement, release, and recovery.

My Philosophy
Everyone comes with their own story and individual needs. Some people benefit from deep tissue work, others need gentle but effective release.
I believe the body and mind are deeply connected, which is why every massage I offer includes a moment of true rest – a chance to “switch off” mentally as well.
As my practice has evolved, I’ve become increasingly aware of the link between physical tension and emotional well-being, which led me to explore reiki and lymphatic drainage.

My work isn’t just about making someone feel good after a massage – though of course, that’s a lovely bonus. What truly matters to me is that people leave my space with a sense of balance, a deeper connection to their body, and the understanding that taking care of yourself isn’t a luxury – it’s a necessity.
And if we can share a smile in the process, all the better – as the old saying goes, a day without a smile is a day wasted.
